Our Grand Champion our special Trudi who was taken to early from us in November this year.
Thanks to Debbie for all the wonderful campaigning of Trudi and we are very lucky she made the trip to Melbourne to gain her grand title in Style taking Best of breed at Weimaraner Club of Victoria Champ show with all her friends around!!

Well done to all the owners of our above Champions with out you our wonderful record would not be possible..

JR has done very well in the show ring winning Multi Class in Show awards and Puppy of Breed at both Adelaide and Melbourne Royals.
Carrie took Bitch CC and runner up BOB at Adelaide Royal and Res CC at Brisbane royal and the Wei Club of Vic Champ Show in September. She will have babies early next year to Mark so we are so excited about these babies! We hope to have her back in shape for Sydney royal.

Kye (Aust Ch Bromhund Free N Ezy) has had a successful year winning multi Best in Group awards and winning Show Dog of the year the Weimaraner club of QLD annual Pointscore well done Lynelle we are very proud of you both.

Cusack proud dad of babies in New Zealand and Canada this year so we look forward to seeing how they go in 2009.

We had our 6week trip overseas seeing Weimaraners in many countries hope in 2009 we will have some exciting news from our trip.

Our show team for 2009 will consistent of our young babiesZinc, Archer, Bree, JR, Carrie, Kiri and Fergie.
Plus our new babies from our C litter and D litter.
We hope to have a new Longhair addition to our team as well.

Thanks to everyone who has sent lovely messages about the passing of our lovely Trudi we are very touched.


As you can image we are all devastated by the passing of Trudi she died this morning at 3am after a big fight to survive. She was enjoying life as Trudi can only do running down the beach and chasing sticks last weekend when she picked up 2 ticks unfortunately she did not survive the paralysis tick.

Our thoughts are with Paul, Debbie, Sonia and Norma at this very sad time

“Trudi”

We are devastated at the passing of our lovely Trudi a special girl that was the only one in Lilly’s last litter. Mum prayed for a Longhair girl and that is what we got. She was special from the moment she was born. Debbie and Sonia approached us to take on Trudi for Sonia to show so at 3 months she headed to Canberra to live with Paul, Debbie and Sonia. She fitted in so well and bonded with the Clarkson family straight away. Sonia showing her to start with and winning Challenges from Minor puppy class over older competition.

She was an outstanding ambassador for the Longhair Breed winning admirers wherever she went. Debbie would joke if she had a $1 for every time someone said “she is the nicest longhair I have ever seen” she would have been a millionaire.

Trudi won numerous Best of Breed Royal and Specialty wins her biggest wins were Best in Show (open) at the Weimaraner Club Of Vic with breed specialist judge Mrs. L Harding and then more recently winning her 2nd Best in Group under another breed specialist judge Mrs. L Knox.

We can never thank Debbie and Norma for campaigning Trudi finishing her Grand Title and showing the world how lovely the Longhair Weimaraner is. I was fortunate enough to be able to show Trudi on many occasions and just like her mother she tested me every minute but was a true showman always giving Debbie & me 110%.

We were so lucky to have had a litter from Trudi and we have Holly and Bailey to carry on her legacy to the future.

For you all privileged enough to meet her you would understand how lovely she was. It is a very sad day for the breed.

Our thoughts are with Paul, Debbie, Sonia and Norma at this very sad time.
